Shipping & Delivery

All personalised items takes about 2 weeks to ship out.

We ship to Hong Kong and Macau by local courier service . Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of orders upon completion of payment.

We provide free shipping in Hong Kong for orders over HK$500. For orders below HK$500, the shipping cost would be HK$30.

Shipping cost to Macau is $50/ subject to order quantity.

Exchange

All personalised items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be exchanged within 5 business days after receiving items. Only merchandise with quality issue is accepted for exchange.

How to exchange:

Send an email to sparkleconcepts@gmail.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for exchange and the item(s) you would like to exchange for.
After our confirmation. Send the item(s) back to sparkle* with the item(s) in all the original packaging (received by *sparkle within 5 business days), postage will be paid by the sender.
Once your exchange item(s) have arrived at sparkle* and been verified by our customer services team, we will process the exchange. You will be notified by email informing you that your item(s) have been received safely and status of the exchange.
Please allow up to 10 working days for new item(s) to be delivered.

Sparkle Concepts is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. You can complete your order without creating an account. However, none of your user information will be kept on our records, and you will not be able to track or review your orders. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.
